Subt - User participants

German Masrequested to merge
subt-user-participants into develop

This PR adds Users into the list of SubT participants.

  • The returned structure did not change, so there are no changes required on the Portal.
  • Pagination works well in the request. Sys Admins and SubT Admins can get the entire list of participants.
  • Participants can only themselves when making a request.
