This release includes the following MRs:

!486 (merged) Load platform config from different files inside a directory
!492 (merged) Fix: Race conditions.

This is likely to be the last Cloudsim/SubT release before the codebase split. This version will be used for running SubT and future versions (starting at 3.x) will contain only the Cloudsim SDK code.

All the open MRs will be closed and no new subt-related features will be accepted into this repository, only minor fixes for the version being released in this MR. A plan on how to provide those fixes needs to be designed. (By either using the brand new subt repository or patching this version)

We'll also remove the develop branch to move into a feature branch workflow in future MRs.
