Add ROBOTS env var to Mole ROS/Pulsar bridge

Context

The Mole ROS/Pulsar bridge needs to get the set of robot names in order to prepare Pulsar topics.

Change

A new ROBOTS environment variable is now passed to the Mole bridge pod with a comme-separated list containing the names of all robots in the simulation.
