Revert Mapping Server ROS_MASTER_URI env var.

Context

ROS_MASTER_URI for the mapping server was set to the Gazebo server instance instead of the Mapping server ros_ign_bridge. It has now been determined that the bridge should act as ROS master instead.

Change

ROS_MASTER_URI has been changed to point to the Mapping Server's bridge.
