Include run data in summary email

Context
SubT competitors would like to receive more detailed information in the simulation summary email, in an effort to avoid downloading simulation logs.
Change
The contents of the simulation's run.yml file is now included in a new section inside the summary email.
This information is only available for single simulations. Multisims do not include this new section in the summary email.
