Fix a category problem + add alphafold

Adding Alphafold to galaxy-p: not sure it's the best category, but I don't know where to put it elsewhere

Also fixed a few misplaced tools in the tool panel by editing shed_tool_conf.xml by hand. I suspect they were moved somehow after install, but not completely. Should be fixed now.
