Add XSeeker Preparator tool

Hello! I have created a tool that prepare the input for XSeeker, from a rdata from xcms+camera. This tool prevent extra processing in XSeeker, and thus, makes it a lot faster and easier to use - which is very important for a visualisation tool. I'd like to make some people to test this tool, and then add it to the production server.
