Update interactivetool_metashark.xml

We just finalize the openmetapaper project funded by the national fund for open science, and thus have a last official version of MetaShARK. As there is still possible bugs who can appear, I added a clear statement on the help and propose to add the "beta" label to the tool if it seems ok on your side.
