netmhcpan: fix metadata and tests (no diff)

Quick fix for netmhcpan test

Ouptup files are differents (due to environment) and diff is not relevant to do (maybe just to print):

Exit status is 0 if inputs are the same, 1 if different, 2 if trouble.

So we just verify the execution
