Fix SlurmdPidFile in slurm.conf.j2

I had an issue at ABiMS with this line: https://gitlab.com/ifb-elixirfr/cluster/apps/slurm/-/blob/master/templates/core/slurm.conf.j2#L19

I transfert the conf from the IFB playbook template. It works even if at ABiMS, I don't get the SlurmdPidFile line eventually.
