postgres authentication failed during migration
I tried to migrate the postgres database as shown in your example.
I tried the following:
.env.example POSTGRES_USER=user POSTGRES_PASSWORD=password POSTGRES_DB=db
export POSTGRESQL_URL="postgres://user:password@localhost:5432/db?sslmode=disable" migrate -database ${POSTGRESQL_URL} -path db/migrations up
Result: bucketeer_server_1 exited with code 0 database_1 | 2021-04-10 17:33:12.953 UTC [224] FATAL: password authentication failed for user "user" database_1 | 2021-04-10 17:33:12.953 UTC [224] DETAIL: Role "user" does not exist. database_1 | Connection matched pg_hba.conf line 99: "host all all all md5"

It appears that the role user is not defined, and despite my attempts to create this role, the role of user does not exist. Is there an initialization sequence for postgres in order to setup an initial account, and database table?
