Resolve "profile links are redlinks in 1.33"

The user page links are redirected to userprofile based on the user preference.

If a user page does not exist and the user preference is for the standard user page the link will be redlink. If the user has enhanced profile as their preference links to user page will be redirected to the user profile page.
