Fix visual regressions in check roll cards

Shark that walks like a man requested to merge bipedalshark/foundry-vtt---pathfinder-2e:check-card-fix into master

Fixes two issues:

  • Titles with HTML weren't getting parsed
  • A vertical bar separating action traits and other tags would show even if there was nothing to follow it
