Remove ability boost levels data from class items
requested to merge bipedalshark/foundry-vtt---pathfinder-2e:rm-class-ability-boost-levels into master
They're printed this way in rulebooks, but it's really just a printing convention that never actually varies by class
... also reorganized some class-data things along the way
