Add clickable compendium link to usage chat messages for used consumable items

When you expend the last consumable in a stack, you lose the item from your inventory and no longer have easy access to the text if there are draggables or other effects. This change outputs the compendium link to the chat message for easy access.

Tested a whole bunch of consumables to make sure that it works in most cases. If an item doesn't have a sourceId it will just show the name (as it did previously).
