Automatically set compendium browser filters when coming from feat slot

Add functionally to automatically filter the compendium when linking from an empty feat slot, filtering by class, ancestry, skill, general, archetype feats.

Automatically filters based on the level of the feat, only listing ones below or equal the current level of the slot.

Limited support for dual class variant rule, as you don't seem to select a second class.
