Fix scraper for new DRE portal

Saw your message about the portal update and not having time to fix it - here's a fix!

The main issue was hardcoded moduleVersion tokens that expire when the site gets updated. Now they're fetched dynamically at runtime so it won't break again.

Also fixed a bug where payloads were being mutated across calls.

Tested locally with recent dates and works fine.
