Add DESTDIR to bashcompdir

Probably does not matter, nor is it a bug but since Rivet adds it, I think it is better if yoda does so too. https://gitlab.com/hepcedar/rivet/-/blob/release-4-0-x/bin/Makefile.am?ref_type=heads#L21

Maybe the bashcompletion should also only installed when the PYEXT is enabled, because otherwise one gets completions for non installed programs?
