Clenup for HepMC3

Solution for #443 :

• Use the bxzstr library from HePMC3 instead of zstr
• Drop extra logic related to compression. That logic is handeled in HePMC3.

TODO: explicitly check which versions of HePMC3 will work. Preliminary that should be 3.2.0+.
