AutoRefresh for rivet-mkhtml-mpl

I think leveraging rivet-mkhtml(-mpl) to a live view of histograms is a beneficial but small change. I.e. I run a MC that repeatedly updates/adds/merges yoda files then repeated rivet-mkhtml will update the webpage and it reloads itself showing how the histograms are filled over time.

Default: 0 -> no refresh
