Rename the DressedLeptons projection to LeptonFinder, and used DressedLeptons...

Remove W/ZFinder option to not include dressing photons in the particle constituents. Requires careful validation... I suspect most NO configurations did not really know what they were doing, but also that it'll be a very minor effect on jet finding, especially with overlap removal.

Branched off the LeptonFinder renaming branch, so that needs to be merged first.
