Add documentation for Matplotlib-based plotting

Add some documentation on how to use the Matplotlib-based backend and how to modify plots.

• Add rivet-mkhtml-mpl reference parallel to main rivet-mkhtml description
• Add documentation on how to customise plots
• Include an example output directory with an executable Py script, a __data.py file and the default.mplstyle style sheet.
