Adds support for binned objects with arbitrary mix of axes (continuous/discrete) and arbitrary dimensionality.
Generalise treatment of correlated NLO subevents to arbitrary dimensions.
Makes access methods of the Multiplexer class public (used to be private). Closes #310 (closed) and addresses an todo, giving more power (and responsibility) to the user in the process.
