Add first draft of ci test for analysis using lwtnn

Is this the sort of thing we're looking for?

I still need to change it so it would only run once a month. Also, do we want to check the output results too? Or is analysis compilation + run sufficient?

If this is ok I'll make an ONNX one along the same lines
