fix EW-only selection in ATLAS_2020_I1803608

Christian Gutschow requested to merge ew_vjj_fix into release-3-1-x

When introducing the inclusive vs EW-only options, the logic for the SR selection got muddled in the EW-only case. This is reinstating the original logic.
