Add the thrust function to the header

Andrii Verbytskyi requested to merge andriish/rivet:release-3-1-x-thrust into release-3-1-x

Exposes the thrust calculation function NB: this is needed in case the calculation is performed on the full final state and Thurst:: functions cannot be used.
