LHCb routines for open charm production in pp collisions at 5 and 13 TeV

This merge request includes two RIVET analysis modules for LHCb measurements of open charm production in pp collisions at 5 and 13 TeV. The code is accompanied by two {plugin}_ratios.py script which allow easy computation or the ratios for different c.o.m. energies 13 TeV vs. 5 TeV and 13 TeV vs. 7 TeV, respectively. The code was run in RIVET 3.1.2 and predictions from a series of Pythia 8 versions are available at this URL. No steering file is included as the distributions are created from minbias generic events (in Pythia8 softQCD:inelastic = on was considered for all the runs above).

I attach however only the YODA files for 1M events in Pythia 8.303 (RIVET 3.1.2) as a ZIP file: rivet3_pythia8303_1M_minbias_yodas.zip
