LHCB_2016_I1504058: b-quark production in 7 & 13 TeV
This is a duplicate of MR !1026 (closed) containing the latest version of the code now adapted and ready for release in RIVET 4.* series.
All issues raised on the old MR were solved before re-basing this branch on release-4-0-x to ease merging. The YODA1 files attached in MR !1026 (closed) were upgraded to YODA2 (using yoda2yoda in RIVET4 docker image) and used to test the re-entrant implementation of the finalize method - so I would not attach them here again unless really needed.
Please, let me know if there are further modifications I might have missed implementing before accepting the merge.
