Significant update

Bug fix for multijet event shapes

This version runs with Rivet 3.1.4, and accompanies the ScoPost acceptance of the manual. It includes referees comments, bug fixes and improvements some of which arose during the refereeing process.

Tagging this as a candidate for a release 2.0.2 because there are a few of sizeable merge requests for master which are really new features, not documented in  the manual, which should go in 2.0.3 or maybe even 2.1.0. But we may want to add changes based on this tag based on referee responses before the manual is finally accepted by SciPost.

This is a minor/bug fix release with some extra data. See release notes.

This is just a convenience tag because I am about to merge David's renaming branch, which I think will break backward compatibilty for older map files.
