Resolve "Add legacy csv upload to verify calculations"

Closes #14 (closed) Add a csv through the normal upload process t adds a vid to the DB even though there is no vid but it works for testing

You can only add one tissue at a time, bc the way we do tracking now we create a CSV for each tissue in the vid so thats what analysis is set up for
