Dockerfiles

• will need to edit docker-compose once docker images are built but don't have a path for them right now.
• this took me way longer than i would care to admit

When editing database stuff MAKE SURE to docker volume prune.

Tested from adding experiments and bioreactors all the way until the analysis graphs.
