Add clockwise aurochs flag

To be honest, this is mostly because someone else said they'd prefer if the aurochs revolver went clockwise, so here it is lmao. Use "clockwise 1" in the loadout code for the revolver to go clockwise when cocking; also makes it so it rotates clockwise by default when reloading.
