Fix some issues reported by lintian

Trim trailing whitespace.
Use secure copyright file specification URI.
Bump debhelper from old 9 to 10.
Set upstream metadata fields: Name.
Use secure URI in debian/watch.
Drop unnecessary dh arguments: --parallel
Remove obsolete fields Name from debian/upstream/metadata.
