This branch uses jolesh (https://gitlab.com/jolesh/bike/-/tree/esperanto-translation) branch with his esperanto translation as well as a French one. It also fixes an issue with the hand not coming back after leaving the bike if the user has a custom skin. Also adds compatibility with mcl_rubber.
