games/packages/ftl-faster-than-light (gog-faster-than-light): Updated from 1.6.9 to 1.6.12.2

I have changed the "buildno" "version" and "hash32" fields in the (gog-faster-than-light)-form.

With the small changes I've made, the game built fine. Yet, it was not possible to produce a .desktop-file, which I suspect is because of my window manager (stumpwm). It would make sense to test that on other machines.

However, I had a small problem when running the game, namely because a specific version of MESA GL was necessary. So in order for it to run, I had to use "MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.0 /gnu/store/…-ftl-…/bin/ftl-faster-than-light". This seems to be a common problem, because there has been a related post in the subset games user forum (https://subsetgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=34411).
