remove the tutorials archive page

The interactive section is three links into the howto tree, which is permanently 404 now. The videos are from 2013 and cover apps retired long ago (Gibberbot, Ostel). Nothing else on the site links to this page, so removing it just drops the one dead entry from the archive menu. Came out of the matrix discussion this week about cleaning up the old howto pages.
