es(bdn, up, cdn) - auto-definition is wrong
Defining an object with indices (bdn,up) and then automatically calcing the covariant derivitive wrt to a tensor index results in an object definition that applies Christoffel connections for each index bdn and up.
ISTM want this only on the up index.
