In an effort to increase our customer empathy and understanding in order to support our corporate strategic pillars of cultivating platform buyers and increasing use case adoption, we'd like to aim to increase our intentional customer interactions. Examples of good customer interactions that would count towards this target include Customer zoom session, either pure research or sales support Meaningful async interaction with a customer over slack, email or in issue comments Reviewing UX research Watching a sales call on chorus.ai Talking with target personas at a conference Examples of less desirable interactions that would be useful as supplemental information but out of scope for this OKR Interviewing a GitLab team member as a proxy for a user Getting customer requirements secondhand from someone in the field

For Support: Use to denote that an issue or merge request was opened as an action item from a Support ticket retrospective.
