Research, design, and specification phase of work.

Tasks agreed to valid tasks to work on in a future sprint.

Tasks that cannot be completed. A comment must accompany this label, potentially with a mention for the individual responsible or capable of unblocking.

Configuration task, as opposed to documentation, design, or coding task.

Design work. Predominently graphical / visual design work, but can be architectural.

Development phase of project.

Documentation work, from general update of comments, through to public API documentation.

Duplicate card. Must be accompanied with a reference to the other, related task.

Improvement / enhancement to existing core features. Can be performance or feature extension.

A key feature of the project, rather than an improvement, technical artifact, or issue / bug.

Bug or problem with the project, as opposed to design, feature, configuration, or improvement.

Invalid task that is being closed due to invalidity.

Cards to be reviewed during the project's next key demonstration.

Cards intended for completion in the next consolidated stream.

Suggestion for further work, for review. Cannot be undertaken until a review has taken place and has been added to the sprint backlog.

Testing phase of project.

User experience phase of project.

Tasks currently being undertaken. Must be assigned and cannot be more than one card per person, per project.
