Move tests from argon to water system and add a velocities .tng file

After discussion with mentors and @acmnpv, decided to move to a testing system with bond information. The ensemble validation water system is likely a good one to use

This will allow testing of bond related information further down the track.

Also discussed adding a tng file with velocities in it for testing purposes.
