build issues after updating GROMACS to 2020.2 from 2019.6
Hello.
I'm writing a standalone application that was based on trajectory analysis template that is using GROMACS libraries to interact with MD trajectories. Since the update my project can't be configured with CMake and it gives me the following error:
CMake Error in src/CMakeLists.txt:
Imported target "libgromacs" includes non-existent path
"/usr/COMPONENT"
the src/CMakeLists.txt looks like this:
set(GROMACS_CXX_FLAGS "${GROMACS_CXX_FLAGS} ${OpenMP_CXX_FLAGS}")
add_executable(test test.cpp)
include_directories(
${GROMACS_INCLUDE_DIRS}
${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/include)
set_target_properties(test PROPERTIES
COMPILE_FLAGS "${GROMACS_CXX_FLAGS}")
target_link_libraries(test ${GROMACS_LIBRARIES} ${OpenMP_CXX_LIBRARIES})
which I think has not been changed since GROMACS2016
Is this a GROMACS2020 bug or how should I fix the CMake files to make it work again ?
If it's important I'm using Qt-creator 4.10.1 and cmake version 3.16.1.
