Pass pointer to enforced rotation data in all calls of do_force()

This prevents a segmentation fault when doing energy minimization
with enforced rotation being active. Doing energy minimization
with a rotation rate of 0 should in principle work, the module then
prevents rotations about the chosen axis during the minimization.
