tred: add feature to output removed edges to stderr upon request

Purpose of this commit is to make the information of removed edges available: they are output to stderr when the command line flag -r is set.

I hope this changes comply with your coding standards. However, leading white spaces (tabs vs blanks) appear to be an issue. Please feel free to edit as you may find appropriate, since this is my first mere request to this repo.
