Update XIB files, Xcode project, and Mac source to support building with Xcode 10 (required on macOS 10.14).

Successfully builds and runs on both Mac OS X 10.6 with Xcode 3.2.6, and macOS 10.13.6 with Xcode 10.1 (the latest). Should work correctly on all versions in between.
