Update test reference files after indent change

Erwin Janssen requested to merge gh-617fd445/1208/ErwinJanssen/update-test-reference into master

The recent change in the indentation of the dot output (fix for #1207 (closed)), caused tests regarding gv and xdot output to fail. A minor difference in indentation was the cause (a single space), but the indentation is now better aligned. We can update the test reference files to reflect this chage and fix the failing CI builds.
