Various changes with two major highlights:

  • xdot is a dynamic library in the Autotools build, but was a static library with the Windows build. This is corrected by making xdot a dynamic library on Windows as well.
  • Removed the usage of features/vmalloc, the required checks are instead done in configure.ac.
