Use "none" instead of "transparent" when creating SVGs
Based on the official SVG 1.1 standards the default value for stroke is "none". "transparent" is not supported in SVG 1.1 as mentioned here: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/painting.html#SpecifyingPaint
Is it possible to use none instead of transparent? The transparent value causes issues because it is interpreted wrong by Asciidoctor because it only support the official SVG 1.1 spec: https://github.com/mogest/prawn-svg/issues/128
Steps to reproduce
mydiagram.dot
digraph G {
A -> B
}
dot -Tsvg mydiagram.dot -o output.svg
Expected Behaviour
...
<polygon fill="white" stroke="none" points="-4,4 -4,-112 58,-112 58,4 -4,4"/>
...
Actual Behaviour
...
<polygon fill="white" stroke="transparent" points="-4,4 -4,-112 58,-112 58,4 -4,4"/>
...
