Graphviz not built with triangulation library even when configure reports it should be
Steps to reproduce
./configure
make

export DESTDIR=$(realpath install)

Configure outputs:
graphviz-2.50.0 will be compiled with the following:

freetype: Yes
glut: No (missing GL/glut.h)

Indicating it should be built with GTS.
Expected Behaviour
Prism works as graphviz was built with GTS
Actual Behaviour
Warning: Overlap value "prism" unsupported - ignored
Error: remove_overlap: Graphviz not built with triangulation library
OS Version
Windows/macOS/Linux/BSD? What version?
FreeBSD 11.3
gts 0.7.6
Graphviz Version
2.50.0
Additional info
I'm not sure if this is related, but after running make install
for the first time, it errors saying a directory was not found. If I make that directory:
mkdir -p install/usr/local/share/graphviz/doc/pdf
It finishes the install with no errors.
