Syntax error in simple dot command
Hi I'm building a nipype workflow, and I wanted to visualize the workflow.
Nipype generates a dot file without problem. I named it graph_orig.dot
.
Both in a new terminal and in nipype's workflow, when the command:
dot -Tpng -o"graph_orig_detailed.png" "graph_orig_detailed.dot"
I get the following error:
syntax error in line 3 near '-'
Return code: 1
My npm list
output is the following:
├─┬ vis-network@5.0.0
│ ├── emitter-component@1.1.1
│ ├── hammerjs@2.0.8
│ ├── keycharm@0.2.0
│ ├── moment@2.24.0

└── viz.js@2.1.2
and dot -V
:
$ dot -V
dot - graphviz version 2.40.1 (20161225.0304)
I have no idea what that error message is supposed to tell me and I don't know what else to look for? I tried googling and looked through your issues, nothing brings this up. Please help!!
