location is not updated after first location is found

With gpsd 3.22 on archlinux x86_64 and a gps mouse (ublox-7 based, usb id 1546:01a7), I got a problem with gpsd.

It seems to not update the location after the initial position has been gathered. I am seeing this in cgps and other softwares too. So I think, it's really gpsd that misbehave.

In cgps, I can see the other data being updated. But the GPS coord. (lat/lon) never change. Stationnary or moving.

Even, restarting cgps does not change the coord.

Downgrading to gpsd 3.21, make the probem go away.

I can upload gpsd data later, once I could go out and run gpsd with my gps mouse.

But this pretty seems to be software related, with some data not being updated, for some reason. I could have bissected the issue, but I couldn't see any tag in the git repo since 3.12
